This policy explains what personal data Veyntara Labs ("Veyntara", "we") collects through this website, our Salesforce apps and our client projects, and how we use it. Questions: [email protected].
Our apps, including License Optimizer, run entirely inside your Salesforce org. They make no callouts and send no data from your org to us or to anyone else. The data they read (for example users, license assignments and login history) and the results they store stay in your org, under your org's own security and sharing settings. Uninstalling the app removes the data it created.
When you install one of our apps, Salesforce shares standard installation details with us through its License Management App: your company and org ID, the edition, the installing user's name and email address, and the install date and status. We use these only to manage licenses, provide support, and occasionally contact you about the app (for example to ask for feedback or announce an important update). You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
When we build or improve Salesforce orgs and software for a client, we may see the client's data, which can include personal data about their staff and customers. In that work we act on the client's instructions, as their service provider (a "processor" under laws such as the GDPR), and:
AI tools. We use AI tools to speed up routine work such as first drafts of code, tests and documentation. We use only business versions of these tools that do not use our inputs to train their models, and we work with sample or masked data rather than real client records unless the client agrees otherwise in writing. A person reviews everything an AI tool produces before it reaches the client.
This website has no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.
If you email us about support or a project, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email is hosted by Zoho.
We don't sell personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing. We keep installation and support records for as long as you use our apps, and project records for as long as our client agreement requires, and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Client data from a project is returned or deleted when the project ends, as agreed with the client.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
